Ever been to an Igbo wedding? One of our favourite parts of the ceremony is the iconic wine-carrying tradition. It’s a beautiful cultural moment where the bride presents her groom to her family.
During Enenma’s traditional wedding to the love of her life, Eghosa, she danced gracefully into the venue, receiving a cup of wine from her father. With poise, she made her way through the crowd in search of her groom. When she found him, she lovingly presented the wine, sealing their union. What followed were prayers and dancing into happy ever after
