The connection was instant, the energy was right, and the conversation flowed so smoothly that they talked till the restaurant locked up for the day. This beautiful date only made them long for each other more than ever. In 2024, while on a trip to the Maldives, Sebastian surprised Zola with a beautiful proposal, and she said yes! Now, the Nigerian-Irish duo have sealed their love forever! They had a beautiful traditional wedding that honoured Zola’s rich Igala-Obani Ijaw tribe. The lovebirds look absolutely radiant and oh-so in love in their stunning wedding photos. Everything fell into place from the very beginning, and we can only think that their love was truly destined to be. 😍

We met online. I messaged her and asked her on a date at a cocktail bar in Dublin, where we instantly clicked. We enjoyed each other’s company so much that we stayed talking well past closing time, and couldn’t wait to see each other again. Three days later, we were back together, sipping sangria and sharing Spanish tapas. Our relationship quickly gathered pace. We spent every day together that summer, going on dates, attending concerts, and taking trips around the country. We love to enjoy ourselves and do life together, with a shared passion for good food and trave Venice will always hold a special place in our hearts as our first trip abroad together.

Zola met my family, and they all loved her too. She is very good with my niece and nephews, which was very significant for me. Zola values family, and we align on so many other values, too. We really are a perfect match. I knew very early on that I would marry Zola. She is beautiful, fun, and endlessly ambitious, someone who opened my eyes to new possibilities and made me love life in a way I never had before. For her birthday in 2024, we flew to the Maldives, and I proposed to her on the beach at sunset, surrounded by flowers.
