Henrietta and Kofi have found that special connection in each other and have decided to spend the rest of their lives together. Kofi had told Henrietta they were attending a birthday party, only to surprise her with a sweet proposal that she definitely wasn’t expecting. Now, they’re taking us along for the beautiful beginning of their forever through the lens of their pre-wedding shoot. Kofi and I love exploring new places, trying new things, and even hitting the gym together. Our relationship has always been filled with friendship, growth, and lots of beautiful moments. One of the things I love most about Kofi is how calm he is. He has this special way of helping me organise my thoughts and bringing a sense of peace into my life. He’s also incredibly intentional—always thinking ahead, planning for our future and our family, and constantly encouraging me to grow and make better decisions.

Kofi says one of the things he loves most about me is how kind and calm I am. He admires my love for God and the way I care for others. He always tells me how much he loves that I welcome people with open arms and make them feel loved. And when it came time to propose, Kofi definitely had a surprise up his sleeve! 😂
He told me we were going to his friend’s brother’s 30th birthday party, which was supposed to be an all-white event. So, naturally, I got dressed in white, completely unaware of what was actually waiting for me. His friend’s wife, who is also my friend, came over to pick me up, and the two of us headed to the “party.” Meanwhile, Kofi and the other guys had supposedly gone ahead to help “set up.”

Little did I know, there was no birthday party waiting for me. It was all part of the plan! I arrived at a beautiful event space transformed with the most romantic rose setup, and there was Kofi, ready to ask me to spend forever with him. What I thought was going to be a simple 30th birthday celebration turned into one of the most beautiful surprises of my life. As for pet names, we’ve never really had anything elaborate—we simply call each other “babe.” And somehow, that’s always been perfect for us. ❤️
