Originally created for a movie premiere, the creative team saw an opportunity to take the vision a step further. From the stunning designs by Veekee James and TI Nathan to the styling, glam and photography, every detail came together to tell a story of its own. More than just beautiful portraits, the shoot captures the essence of the couple, their connection and those quiet, intimate moments that make love feel so real. The result? A visual love story that feels straight out of a movie, but with a little more magic.

According to the photographer, here’s what inspired the shoot:

The shoot was originally created as content for “Mama Deola’s Wedding Story” and its premiere. As the creative collaboration came together — from the designs by Veekee James and TI Nathan to the styling, beauty and photography — we felt there was an opportunity to create something beyond the original brief.

For me, the intention was never to simply photograph a bride and groom. I wanted to capture their essence, their connection and the quiet moments between them, while introducing a subtle editorial feel.

What started as movie content became a visual story of its own — bringing together fashion, romance, intimacy and portraiture.
