In Fatiah and Feyi’s case, it began six years ago when Feyi slid into Fatiah’s DMs. What started as a mentorship soon blossomed into a beautiful relationship, and before they knew it, they had found something truly special in each other. Now, six years later, it’s all love in the air as they get to begin their forever journey together. It all started in 2020, when Feyi slid into my Instagram DMs, so yes, very much a Gen Z love story! At the time, I was applying to dental school while Feyi was already studying medicine. What started as advice and mentorship soon turned into long phone calls, endless laughter and a friendship that grew into something deeper. In 2023, Feyi planned a countryside birthday getaway that turned into the best surprise of my life: a proposal, followed by a celebration with our favourite people. And now, we’re here, preparing for forever. 🤍
