Some moments are made to be lived once and remembered forever. For Michelle Adepoju, founder of KÍLÉNTÀR, this unforgettable moment played out against the breathtaking Pacific coastline of Cuixmala, Mexico, where the love of her life asked her to marry him!

As Michelle and her sweetheart made their way through the estate, a candlelit path led them towards the ocean, where he got down on one knee and asked the question. But the magic didn’t stop there. Fireworks lit up the sky, mariachi musicians and folkloric dancers joined the celebration, and the evening continued with music, dancing and dinner beneath the stars. 🥹❤️

Adding even more beauty to the moment was Michelle’s bespoke KÍLÉNTÀR dress and her heirloom-inspired engagement ring by Kindred Lübeck, which features a ruby preserved from her late mother’s ring… a beautiful reminder that some love stories carry generations within them. It was thoughtful, deeply personal and undeniably magical. Definitely one that would forever be etched in memories.
